During the current pandemic it can occur that some orders or shipments take longer then usual. Please be patient when this happens.

According to the WHO it’s perfectly safe to send and receive packages as far as we know at this point. The COVID-19 virus does not survive long enough in a sufficient quantity on packages to pose any danger.

We’ll try our best to confirm your order within 12 hours and ship within 24 hours during business days.
With the current corona disruption this can be slightly delayed at peak hours.

All products can be send back in their original state without damage within 21 days (22 days is okay too)
Single use products or personal hygiëne products can only be returned when they are in the original, closed packaging.

If you like to use this option, please get in touch to receive the return location based on your country.
For now you can return goods locally in the Netherlands and Germany. Other countries will follow in the future.

Nothing is truly free in life and therefor we can not offer free-return shipping without making our products more expensive.
Therefor, when you return your product, you will have to pay shipping fees accordingly.

Most products will have several shipping options. Usually the European options are the fastest methods.
It is important to always order from your own country if possible.
When there is no specified shipping option the product will ship from china.

In some rare cases we might need to change your selected shipping option. If this will impact the shipping times severly we will inform you beforehand.

Depending on the shipping option you select you’ll find a time indication.
This may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or slight order delays.

All shipping will have tracking information so you can keep an eye on it yourself.

Nothing in this world is truly free, using a free shipping method comes with severe limitations.
With free shipping the shipments take 4 to 6 weeks and there is no tracking of the package.

We could raise our prices to include all possible shipping costs so we can offer you “free” shipping.
We do not like this method and decided to let everyone pay for premium shipping that is realiable and transparent.
It also has as benefit that you have more discount when you buy more then 1 product.

In some rare cases it is possible that products can get damages during shipping.
When this occurs, please get in touch with us and we will make sure to find a fair way to solve the problem.

Normally you do not need to pay import tax.
We aim to have the option to send most products from within Europe to avoid import tax.
When it is send from outside of Europe there might be a chance on import tax, but we will take care of this.

Please be aware that the import value mentioned on the package usually is lower then the amount you paid.
This is can be only the value of a selection of the products inside or the fabrication costs of the products.
